Halo 4 : Forward Unto Dawn

The story follows a group of teenage cadets at the Corbulo Military Academy. They come on like a Benetton ad, with most races accounted for, and the characters are your standard archetypes. The first part of the movie is given over to their training, and all the romance and melodrama that comes with that. The pace really picks up when the Elites arrive and blow the planet to Hell.The second half of the movie follows the surviving cadets as they battle Covenant, an alien race set on destroying mankind. As they are the only people left on the planet, they must also work in defeating invisible Elite warriors out to kill them all.
 This is where the action really picks up, and there are some great, intense moments laced throughout. Watched on a large HD TV, this is quite amazing for a webseries. Its as good as most CGI heavy theatrical movies, and beats other Direct-to-DVD franchise at their own game.

A lot of elements from the video game are brought into play, and the aliens are intimidating. The best part of the movie is Daniel Cudmore as Master Chief, the signature character of this particular franchise. Video game fans won't be disappointed. Young teens into The CW's Vampire Diaries and Supernatural should dig it too. Its a very fun and exciting ride.
